Welcome to our team of sauce industry troublemakers! We are a group of food technologists and business people dedicated to disrupting the sauce market and bringing sustainability, low calories and zero sugar to sauces such as mayonnaise, aioli and tartar sauce. (Don't worry, there will be more in the future.)
We are based in Hamburg and Saarbrücken and our secret powder mixture is created in Hamelin near Hanover (the recipe is in a bunker 8.92 km underground. Don't look for it, you won't find it.)
Our goal is to make delicious, high-quality sauces that are also good for the environment and your beer belly. We're constantly working to improve our products and processes to give you the best possible experience.
